If you do nothing during your visit to DVCPS.COM but browse, and we will automatically collect and store the following information about your visit:

Only registered users are allowed to participate in surveys in the password-protected Participant Study Area. Participant codes are assigned to registered users to link demographic and survey data for each user. No information that personally identifies a registered user will appear on any page in the password protected Participant Study Area. Survey information is used for the purpose stated. If you send an email and indicate that you would like a response to your email, the e-mail address you provided and the contents of the e-mail will be collected. We use your email address to respond appropriately. This may be to respond to you, to address issues you identify, or to further improve the web site.

Personal Information and Choice

"Personal information" is information about an individual that is readily identifiable to a specific individual. Personal information includes personal identifiers such as an individual's name, address, and phone number. A domain name or Internet Protocol address is not considered personal information.
